One simple job: a monthly upload.

Export a de-identified fill file from your dispensing system and drag it into the portal. Validation runs immediately with row-level feedback; clean files ingest automatically. The system has handled seven different real-world PMS export formats - shifting header rows, truncated drug names, mangled NDCs.

No names, no contact info, no addresses ever leave your pharmacy - uploads containing them are automatically rejected. Patients are identified only by your own internal IDs, which mean nothing to anyone but you.

Minutes, not shifts

Lists are short and pre-screened. Your judgment is respected: skipping a patient, with a reason, is a legitimate outcome.

Identity moves only when your patient says yes.

Until the moment a patient agrees, no one outside your pharmacy can identify them - analysts see only your internal patient IDs. When a patient is interested, you record their verbal consent (the system refuses without it) and their contact details route directly to the research site, optionally with the screening visit already booked.

A patient’s “no” is respected everywhere: do-not-contact requests are the one absolute block in the entire system.
